Chase Distillery Ltd has launched Chase Eureka Lemon Marmalade Vodka – a blend of its eponymous award-winning handmade potato vodka infused with thick-cut lemon marmalade and eureka lemon peel.

Chase Eureka Lemon Marmalade Vodka has been created through steeping lemon marmalade into Chase Vodka for 24 hours before it is distilled until it becomes a spirit that is colourless and clear but with a deep zesty lemon flavour.

The spirit is then diluted with water from Chase Farm and undergoes a 72 hour maceration with Eureka lemon peel to “enhance the citrus notes and add viscosity to the vodka” as well as add a subtle yellow hue. After 10 days of being stored in tanks, the vodka is then rested and bottled.
